The person behind the apps

Md. Ismail Hossain

CRM, product coordination, and independent software projects

I am Ismail, a technology professional and independent maker based in Dhaka. My work connects merchant needs, requirements, implementation, QA, and documentation. I work with Dynamatic, a Shopify app, and bring those day-to-day product questions into the tools I build.

My projects include local Windows utilities, media organization, backup tools, browser extensions, and experiments with AI agents and product interfaces. I use AI coding tools as part of the process, and publish source code and release notes on GitHub.

I hold a BSc in Computer Science and Engineering from North South University and have completed my master's defense at the Institute of Information Technology, Jahangirnagar University. Beyond software, my work has included IT infrastructure coordination, media production, and personal ventures.
